Special Manufacture ~

We are in a great position to have at our disposal some of the most talented engineers, gifted welders, and engineering equipment available to us for special manufacture fittings, dip tubes, process jumpers, cip lances, UHP manifolds, PCW manifolds, 3D bending etc so we can offer a full service from start to finish. You give us your idea we will turn it into reality.

From a sketch we will create a manufacturing drawing for your perusal, you will sign it off when happy with dimensions etc and we will then begin manufacturing of your spool piece, 63˚ off set electropolished SF4 tee piece, your Hastelloy, C22, C276, AL6XN, 904L fitting etc

No piece is unmanufacturable, we will find a way. And the beauty of using us is that we can manufacture the piecr and when finished we will then electropolish at the end so all welds are also electropolished, we cap it and send it out to you with certificates, 3.1, Welders certs,welding machine certs, cleaning cert, elctropolishing cert, welding parameters used etc.
